I visited Colin at Bentwood on Lovers. At the time, I was looking for options. The showroom has beautiful design vignettes which helped me figure out what I really liked. The quality of the cabinets was very high, but what I really liked was seeing it all in context. Seeing the cabinets with appliances and countertop options made the process easy. Recommended.

This review is not related to the cabinets themselves. I feel the cabinets are beautiful and I was very much looking forward to having them in my new house. This review is related to the employee from Bentwood who offered to help me select the cabinets, scope the work and estimate the cost. I visited the Lovers Lane location on January 10th and met with Bill Algier. The following day I provided Bill my blueprints, a description of the cabinets needed, sample pictures of what the finished product would like and a location in Dallas where Bentwood has deployed the cabinets. Bill acknowledged receiving the documents and instructions the following week. He then started a series of delays, via, email, phone and text. He finally agreed to meet me the week of Feb 10th. When I arrived at the store, he shared his efforts for my project. In the end he estimated the wrong cabinets, did not have samples or drawings, it was clear he put fourth very little effort. When asked about the sample he said he did not have time to check on the job where they had installed the type of cabinets we wanted. This was one of the most unprofessional and unprepared salespeople l have ever worked with. This experience was poor for any business but ever more egregious for a high end business like Bentwood. This guy should not be customer facing. I rarely take time to document my experiences but this was so bad I had to let the community know.
