Losing a son at age 25 is very painful and I didnt know where to begin. After making my first call to one nameless funeral placeI realized that my hopes was to find the right one after that call. When I called Bergen Funeral and I spoke to Donna i was very frazzle because this was my first funeral that I had to plan on my own. I wasn't alone one bit. These amazing young women were so caring and gentle that I didn't think I could have gotten through this without them. They took charge every step of the way without overwhelming me. It wasn't about the money to them even though we all know we have to pay, but when a person on a phone tells you first the price before really caring how you feel that is the place you don't want to go. Bergen Funeral took care of me and my family and allow us our time with our son before he got cremated. Once I met with Sasha and the other members of the team. I couldn't believe that such young people are running this funeral home and have so much compassion in their hearts to do this type of job....... Bergen Funeral thank you so much for taking care of me and my family during this painful time. Words cannot express how grateful I am with you all!!!!!!
