This visit was my first experience at Bergen Imaging Center, as my previous Breast Center location had a wait period for my annual Mammo/Ultrasound into 2021, hence, I checked web reviews & service culture and selected a new location which was, Bergen Imaging Center. My selection was On Point! I had a great experience! The facility operates a very Organized, Thorough & Professional establishment. Kristen, who handled my appointment, paperwork, etc., was particularly detail-oriented! I will continue to utilize Bergen Imaging for my annual appointments. Such a professional and pro-active group of people operate this facility.

I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I entered, the staff was very friendly and professional. The sonographer who tended to me was knowledgeable and considerate. Just had a recent appointment at Bergen Imaging Center..and once again it was perfect. Staff is professional and extremely friendly. The office is very inviting and they are going above and beyond with precautions due to Covid which made me feel safe and comfortable. They are always a pleasure during my appointment. Staff is always professional and kind. I have been coming here for years. I have recommended this facility to friends and family. It is a calming office from the wall coverings to the music with friendly staff. Never have to wait on hold and always timely.

I was nervous to go for my annual mammogram due to the pandemic. As I entered the office it had the same calming lobby feel and the girls in the office had a system down pat. It flowed easily, less waiting time than usual, and the easiest experience considering it’s a mammogram. Don’t hesitate to go!
