Anytime that I need to fix my car I ALWAYS go to Bergstrom Nissan of Appleton, they have hands down the best customer service, knowledgeable service techs and all for a fair price. Ben always goes above and beyond to make sure that he isn't just selling me something without educating me on why it is needed. He is extremely professional but also personable. I took my Armada for service about 2 weeks ago I felt so good all staff was very professional and courteous they gave me pickup and drop and text me for everything but the only disappointment is yesterday middle of the free way had to clean my windshield and I didn’t have any fluid suppose to be checking 60 point inspection but never filled up the fluid someone on the back not doing his job right. Please make sure do not do it with other customers because we trust on you.
