Nothing to share. It’s a joke! The owner is super awesome but that’s all. Don’t work there if you have Diabetes!!!!! Also, don’t ask questions either because they don’t like that. Do your work don’t talk to anyone and sure as hell don’t be down to earth and fun!!! Ha. The turn over rate is super high. Shame.

Don't work here, there's a reason why they're always hiring. I was hired through a staffing agency and let go after TWO days because I \wasn't working out\. On my first day the person who was supposed to train me to be a machine operator called in sick and they had me watch someone run a different machine. On my next day, they showed up but the machine broke down for most of the day and we helped package. I think the real reason is they hire a lot of Cambodians (most of which don't speak English) and I wasn't a fit for Berks \culture\. During my two days there, I saw a lot of broken machines, machines that weren't being run, and not a lot of people knowing what to do. Stay away from here.
