One of the last SAAB shops around...and they do know what they're doing.
I took my car in and told them what is was doing. They called me back later and told me it was the fuel pump and that would be 900. They do the work and I come pick it up and 5 miles later it's doing the same thing. I spent 900 for a car that still doesn't run. Now they tell me the alternator is bad the motor mount is bad and it needs new hoses. Even though it has all the same problems it did when I dropped it off. These guys have no problem getting you to put more into the car than it is actually worth. They also claim all this stuff happened after I left when it has the same symptoms as when I brought it in the first time.
So it may be 2014 but I happen to be in need of a new used car and purchased a 1996 Saab Convertible, and being that I am and was a 1st time Saab owner I had to play the Let's find an amazing mechanic game. Well Saab Replay you are everything I could have ever wanted and more. These guys are honest, trustworthy, reliable, fun loving, and good at what they do... and what they do are SAAB's. As long as I have this car, I will be using these guys as my Mechanic's. They are my hero's x 2 as they just saved my butt again on 7/30/2014.
The best Saab service in the entire Bay Area, especially with the closure of Swedish Auto. These guys are not trying to jerk you around. I love them. I could work here sweeping up if it paid the bills. The best!
