A wonderful jewellers in the heart of Berkhamsted! I always love looking in the windows to see what lovely pieces they have in. The staff is always helpful and kind and I always come away with pieces that I love. They were particularly helpful when I wanted to have two rings made on two separate occasions (one a very simple rose gold design and one more complicated made from some diamonds that came from my grandmother). They made quite an emotional experience very special. Highly recommend!
My fiancé at the time (now my wife) and I needed some wedding rings made for our wedding, mine was quite a straightforward band, however my wife's needed to match her engagement ring. The engagement ring has a very complex pattern on the band and Shakela at Abbey was excellent in taking that away to see what could be done. The result, was something that my wife was even more happy about than the original engagement ring. Hand etched and just beautiful. I should have deducted a star for that, since they upstaged my original engagement ring, however that would not be fair...you can probably tell she said yes, just like I say yes to going here every time I need to find that perfect sparkly gift for my wife.
Interesting and impressive selection and great service. I only wish they had not changed the front window presentation. Who thinks that's an improvement? All those boxes. Not my taste hence it's not a 4star.Worth a visit.
Looking for a birthday treat for myself I stumbled across this absolute treasure. The wide choice of jewellery was superb and displayed so beautifully, staff were wonderful with their advice and so friendly. I highly recommend a visit here as I will certainly be back.
