Terrible customer service. Ordered the large \Infinity Collection\ set. At 179, it is definitely not cheap but the though behind it and the presentation is just genius. Website states that delivery would take 2 - 4 days and having a branch near by us in Munich, we were definitely expected prompt delivery. And so we waited, waited and waited. No emails from their site but just from PayPal which is how we paid. Sent them emails asking for the status. No replies our call backs. My wife called their main number and i think the call rolled to a walk-in store somewhere in which a nice lady answered the phone. We explained the situation and she said she would forward all info information to their central branch. And so we waited more. I ended up taking to PayPal and after having them try to contact FdP, they opted to refund the money. Now some of you are going to argue that we are in the middle of them \pandemic\ which is a good point. My argument is that if you are affected by it say so and state so on your site that you keep your customers informed and avoid blunders. Had FdP done so on their site i would have opted to either not order or maybe order which reasonable expectations of late, if at all, deliveries... Communication is key...

I received Fleurs De Paris flowers as a birthday present from my husband. The idea, concept and thought behind long lasting flowers is beautiful. However 3 out of the 5 flowers that i received were squashed and therefore the overall look was compromised, and the flowers looked rather tacky. If i didn't know how much they cost and the thought behind the flowers i would have got rid of them the next day....

Einmal und NIE wieder! Unter keiner der angegebenen Telefonnummern ist jemand erreichbar! Keiner hebt ab! Ist da jemand??? Auf Emails wird auch nicht reagiert und geantwortet. Habe zum ersten und letzten Mal bestellt

Trotz Corona und deutschlandweiten Versandprobleme, wurde mein Paket mittels Standardversand innerhalb von 3 Tagen geliefert. Anscheinend ist UPS wesentlich geeigneter als DHL in Krisenzeiten. Ich hatte extra per Telefon und E-Mail gefragt, ob eine Woche ausreicht und denen auch zu Recht vertraut. Rosen sehen schön aus und duften gut. Den Laden vor Ort in Berlin würde ich aber vermeiden. Lieber bestelle ich weiterhin online.

Leider erfolgten die servicebemühungen zu spät...per express drei Tage vor dem Hochzeitstag bestellt...Lieferung per ups hat nicht funktioniert...was nicht Schuld vom Blumengeschäft ist! Aber!!! Reaktion und Erreichbarkeit leider nicht direkt möglich so fiel das Geschenk zum Hochzeitstag leider aus.
