I can really recommend this place. Sylvain is a really good coach. His instructions are very helpful and effective, he helps you to improve your technique no matter your age or if you are Beginner or more professional. the class is very intense but also fun. I cant wait to go back!

Great place to train, were you can learn essential techniques and acquire reflexes on how to react in dangerous situations. No matter your level, you're in for a good sweat in a friendly atmosphere!
Very good location for the training just in front of U7/U8. Trainings are organized, safety first. Everyone can learn something new - doesn't matter if you are newcomer or teammember
Super training, amazing group atmosphere! I have tryed may Krav Maga training in Berlin and the Cityskills team is the BEST! A great mix of fun, self defense techniques and fitness. AWESOME!
Love the trainings of IKMF team in Berlin! One of the most effective self defense systems is taught very clearly and in an amazing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to join us :)
