As its name suggests, the square is located in front of the Bundeshaus. The central bank is nearby, and good photos can be taken from the square itself. There is also a large water cascade suitable for children.
Nice place to visit near swiss parliament. There are several different kinds of restaurants even Indian cuisine are available there. Public transport also available there.
I would gladly spend a whole week walking down the streets, sitting in the quaint cafes, watching people live their lives in a place where time seems to have stood still. Don't forget to visit the house where Einstein stayed and the Schmuck Cafe next to it. :)
First of all nice and clean place to be in , National bank and parliament must have been secured place but according to the guide there happens to be the concert place. Its the histroical place.

Beautiful building. Great place for kids to run off some energy in front. In winter, there's ice skating. In summer, there's water play.
Open place with beautiful buildings all around. It's near the Old Town of Bern and hence is beautifully situated. There was a concert happening here when I was here which was pretty nice, although I couldn't understand a single word of their songs!
