My phone managed to freeze completely and not let me do anything. Called them in the morning, went to this store in the afternoon and got help immediately. First of all I just want to say that I was stunned at how much patience the person fixing it had. I'd probably throw my phone after half an hour. I left the store with a working phone and a better mood due to the nice and humorous short conversations I had. If I ever have any problems again I know where I'll go. Thanks TecMarkt!!

I am a computer science student from abroad and my computer broke down, so I needed a replacement one. I found this shop selling one for a good price and having quite nice Google reviews. So I ordered one and paid on Wednesday. On Thursday I asked when I approximately get it - the answer: sent yesterday, you get it today. Of course I got nothing. On Friday I asked what is going on - apparently the computer has a problem and was not shipped. So I cancelled the order and bought the computer on Friday evening elsewhere. I got my money back Wednesday morning next week. All of this after emailing every day - if I had not kept asking, I would have probably not known even today. It is not a problem that the computer was broken - it is a problem that the shop did not tell me immediately on their own, but rather told me that the computer is on the way! It is nice that I at least have the money back (I honestly accepted that I might see them never more), but of course nobody compensated me those 2 days when I could not do anything. The one star is for the guy on the phone who at least speaks English.

Der Laden an sich ist vielleicht gut. Aber habe ein Panzerglas auf mein Display machen lassen, jedoch habe ich erst zu Hause gesehen, dass noch von der Putzflüssigkeit unter dem Panzerglas war und als ich an der oberen Ecke meines Smartphones angekommen bin ist es direkt abgefallen. Deswegen nur ein kleines Sternchen und ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Erstklassiger Service. In einem anderen Shop wurde mir mitgeteilt dass mein Handy nicht mehr repariert werden kann. Sie haben das im Handumdrehen geschafft dass ich mein altes Handy wieder tiptop funktioniert. Vielen Dank an den wirklich hilfsbereiten Techniker. Sie sind sehr zu empfehlen!
