The place to get Apple products in Berne. The staff is very friendly and they know their stuff. On top of that they take their time to answer all questions in a very patient and passionate way.

I had a keyboard issue with my macbook: one of the keycaps broke and it was uncomfortable to type. When I came to DQ, they didn't even call for a technician to look at the key. They just said they can't do anything except replace the whole (!) keyboard for 600. I didn't believe them and went to an actual Apple Store in Zurich, where they replaced this one keycap in 5 minutes for free.
Their website says you can bring in your old mac and they'll give 100 francs discount on a new one. Don't believe it!! You only get the discount if the old one is in perfect working condition and is not too old. It doesn't say that on the website. Classic bait and switch.
Made an appointment two days in advance via Apples Homepage. They knew what phone I have, what repair I was going for and what time I was going to be there. Arrived and had to wait outside for 15 minutes and then they told me they don't have the part they need to make the repair. Total waste of time, what is was even the point of making an appointment?
I was particularly not too happy with the technical section regarding the initial problem diagnosis! I had to drop my MacBook Pro for the 2nd time in 4dayz for further analysis. Let's see how it things turn out.. second comment loading....
