A little disappointed. After reading the reviews was expecting much better. Fries are frozen. Burger is nothing special. Drinks not amazing.

Amazing burgers right at the centre of Bern. The location is very interestingly built and decorated with birches so you're feeling like you're in a forest. The menu has a large selection of burgers and drinks, all of which are amazingly well cooked. It also has a large selection of vegan and vegetarian options that are very delicious. The staff is always friendly and in a good mood making this place very fun to eat at. I've been to Hans im Glück so many times and I enjoyed it every singe time.

Great burgers at reasonable prices. Service was friendly and charming and the interior has been nicely designed. It caters to a younger crowd (I think the second oldest person there was about 20 years younger than me) with music and service staff to match. There was a hiccup with the ordering system (the printer didn't print), and we had to wait a while for our food. The staff were horrified! Each server apologised individually and we were offered free desserts. I don't think it'll happen again! Between us, we ordered 6 different burgers, including a vegetarian option, and all were delicious. The bill came to about 25 per head including drinks. We'll eat there again for sure.

Finally arrived in Switzerland! We‘ve been several times in Germany for getting a burger and it was definitely a good idea to expand to Switzerland. Burgers are really tasty and the place is very special.

The food is very tasty....especially the burgers. Original drinks...with or without alcohol. Forget the coffee though. Service is usually quite good. Cool atmosphere! Three stars instead of four because of the coffee.

Great burger place in the heart of bern. Usually quite busy, however, the burgers are phenomenal, so try to get a place. Reservations are advised. Also great vegan and vegetarian options. Definitely go there again!

Burgers are kind of okay, cocktails, wines and sauces are nothing special, french fries are frozen ones and not good at all. Very disappointed compared to the current reviews.
