They didn't have the size I usually get so I got a smaller size and was told if I don't feel comfortable I can return the shoe to any Locast store in Switzerland. However they lied to me because this is not how it works in Switzerland. I've tried to exchange it at another store and they didn't accept it because it was not bought from them. It turned out that you can only return it to the same store you bought from and only get a store refund not cash. Also, the shoe we got was not clean. We believe that it was used before. Really not a good customer service.
