Im seriously disappointed. If I could I would give 0 stars. I came in wasn't greeted, wasn't told how long it would take.... Really rude staff... that give you the side eye if you didn't understand them. Their Mission Statement says that they consult you on your brows and face shape (Brow Mapping). None of that took place. I had thick brows that are now reduced to thin uneven and not even straight brows! See Picture for yourself. Never Again!

Their service is excellent but little over priced.
I walked in, waited at most 5min, and had my eyebrows done all under 30min. The technician spoke English so that was a great bonus for me. She did an great job! Happy with the final outcome. Will definitely be back.
I needed my eyebrows done while on holiday and I'm so glad I found this place. The ladies here were very kind and I am very happy with my eyebrows. It can be scary trying out a new place but they made the process very easy. Would recommend to anyone needing to get their eyebrows threaded.
First time going there but surely not my last! The ladies are really skilled and so I’m extremely happy with my eyebrows, it’s hard to find that quality in Switzerland. I highly recommend.
I am used to this treatment, Ive done it for over 20 years, therefore I do really know what I am talking about. I went in and a lady asked me what I wished for, I've I answered a complete facial threading including eyebrows. For starters she is not very good with the thread so I had some pain normally I don't, and left lots of hair which I've cleaned later at home. That is not the worst part of it. She didn't ask how I wanted my brows (my brows are thick and dark so yes I have a choice in shaping them :-) I have a small hole on my left brow since I can remember. She finished shaping the eyebrows and exposed the hole, she took out each and every hair around it, so even if I colour them the hole is still there loud and clear. Then she wanted to sell me a serum which grows the hair faster so that the hole is covered. And she suggested I buy a brow liner to cover the hole until the hair grows. I mean thick brows are in fashion it would have been better to keep them a bit thicker and avoid exposing the hole, don't you think?! She also wanted to sell me a cream, she didn't even ask me what I use, and if I'm happy with it or not.... Why would I need an unknown facial cream when I use a full facial set from Estee Lauder and am extremely happy with it???? Had she worked more on her threading skills and less on her selling skills she would have done us both a huge favour. I am not going again, yet I suggest, and for the shop's own sake, that they change their approach not to loose more customers. I think they are still in business because Bern has not so many salons like this one and the women here are not well experienced but not because they are good in what they are doing. Had such a good experience here. Done by Ellie- I’ve never loved my eyebrows more! Definitely recommend!
