Pretty bad support, they all read from a script upon creating a new contract, weve received a box that worked for one day and fixing it takes 3 days which isnt that bad but they promised us fixing in 24h...

My experience with UPC costumer service was terrible. Very long waiting time and most of them cannot talk in English. But the shop itself was fine. I have a positive experience with them.
Strange customer strategy. For example UPC TV player (Horizon Box) do have USB ports blocked in firmware so customers cannot play own media from USB drives ... In addition company offers bonuses when customer submit contract termination, not for loyal years of service use.
Terminated my subscription a year and a half ago only to receive a 100.- invoice yesterday for no valid reason. Called to find out why and these nutjobs said they had recently installed an internet tower near my address and that they had started billing me for it. How are you going to bill a person that terminated their contract with you over a year ago?
So bad i whish i could give them 0. Spend close to 30hr with customer support last year.. They are rude and really bad. Internal organisation is the worst i've seen.. No one knows anything and they doesnt track stuff
The worse customer service I have even got in contact with. Rude people, messy system. Had to call 100x to fix one problem after other created by this company. Try speaking with Parakash, it will be a pleasant experience.
Bad quality!!!! Trying to change or to stop my contract 3 month. Every time they have an excuse not to do it. And I should pay for this VERY BAD JOB and wait when my contract will end. I do NOT advise them!
Typical of all mobile shops but a bit cramped and understaffed. But maybe that's a good thing.
