Santiago is the man! He was really patient in answering all of my questions being it was my first time there. Great small shop that is detail oriented and goes the extra mile when it comes to their work. I will definitely be back for tints and future ceramic coating work here.

I have used Bernal's for detailing the last couple of years after I finish off-roading for the season. The vehicle is a total a disaster when I drop it off and it comes out looking as new as it possibly can. This Jeep is used very hard and comes in both dusty and muddy and they have delivered both times with a super clean vehicle.
I got my jeep detailed here and they did an amazing job. I was recommended by my jeep virtual chat and now I know why. They are really good. They left nothing undone. They even did areas i never thought they would do. I'm very happy with my service.
Did sealing on the outside, seemed OK - cannot tell whether it’s done the right way or not, but looked great. On the inside though, and I didn’t even understand initially they will do any cleaning, but i got it back worse than when I dropped it, just left a horrible mess. The worst part of it was the attitude and unprofessionalism of the owner. So i am giving them 2 stars because the outside did look great, Will not go back. 2. This second part is a response to the owners comment on my original review: I did bring 2 cars that day. When i picked up the first one and went to drop it so i can bring the second car, i saw the interior which they left shockingly dirty and that is precisely the reason i asked them NOT to \clean\ the interior of the second one. He told me it wouldnt be extra charge and that it is included, and i still said no. He either forgot or didnt want to think why would anyone refuse interior cleaning when it is included. I guess it is a lot easier to blame the customer than to talk to his employees. I did say TWICE in my original review that the exterior looked great, which was the sealant they did, but the owner didnt pay attention to that part, but jumped to accusation, instead of trying to make improvements where the customers say there are problems. The sealant was the only reason for my 2 stars, otherwise due to his attitude it would be 1, and he just proved i was actually generous.
I love this place! They were very detailed In all aspects of the internal and external cleaning. They washed my car with the detail and care that I would do. Also, the service was great! It feels like the day I bought my brand new car, perfectly shiny and very clean! I highly recommend that you to visit this place!
