Great company! They were sent by my insurance company to tow my Hodges style car hauler. I had to wait 4 hours for the insurance company to finally get to this company in the dispatch line. Every other company couldn’t tow my truck. When I tell you that not only did the driver exceed my expectations. He went above and beyond. He navigated the tow truck in tight spaces without hardly any maneuvering! In the dark! He gave me time to unload the truck so that we could put it in the specific location that I was trying to get it. These are the types of companies and people I love! Companies and people that know what they’re doing, that really take pride in their work, and have excellent customer service!
Watch out for these guys. They quote you one thing, then when there done charge you another. I’m literally a mile away from there shop. My empty truck get stuck in some gravel where we park at, so I call Bernal’s for a pull out. The guy who answers the phone say sure we can be there with in 30 mins. It will be 150 for the pull out. When there done they charge 350. So watch out for this company there not a honest company.
Jose did a great job getting my camper out of a tight spot and my truck hooked up again. Couldn't have asked for better or more professional service. Friendly, helpful, quality service. Clearly one of the better towing services on this side of Atlanta.
Great Service!, I was schedule for a tow of my car, however, he inspected my car and stated I just needed a jump. I thought I could not get a jump due to where my battery is located under the driver bumper. However, he show me where I could jump my car from under the hood. Therefore, he personally jump my car and charge me little to nothing. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
