The service person I spoke to on the phone seemed wildly uninterested in helping me. Didn’t seem to want to Help. When I asked if he could recommend a company that could work on my Minolta Bizhub he said “I wouldn’t have a clue!”

Returned a week later than was told for a service call. In all, they charged over 600 for their service person to read the service manual and not in any way solve the problem with our printer. Im not sure how they stay in business.
