We had a dishwasher replaced on a Tuesday and late on Friday night discovered water dripping steadily off the pipes in the basement underneath. We had quite a bit of water pooling. Christine was extremely busy but managed to address all the many emergency calls coming in with professionalism as well as a sense of humor, which I appreciated greatly. Nathan called us back within minutes, and after a few questions, determined we could find and shut the dishwasher valve off ourselves, stopping the flow of water. He patiently walked us through on the phone, so we would not need to pay for an emergency visit. He said he was happy to help and to call our regular plumber during regular work hours since there was no longer an emergency without a source of water leaking. Wow! Thank you guys!

I had a water softener installed. While the installer did a great job putting it in, I was charged almost 300 more than what I was quoted. When I called to ask about it, I was given the run around and called naive. Professional? In response, I tried to get more details about the billing but was met by a rude man who talked down to me and would not listen to anything I had to say.
