Although there are a few employees with huge hearts, wanting to do their best at their job. The experience that I have witnessed has been very short coming, and many issues with in-home care employees. Fraudulent time sheets, theft, giving out of personal information, and the Direct violation of state laws protecting clients from Manipulation and bullying by state workers. Also the mistreatment, abuse and neglect of animals. So much so, animals have died at the hands of in-home caregivers employed by Genesis. Once Genesis main office was aware of the situation they did nothing to remedy it. Except drop the client that was in need of 3 1/2 hours care daily. The lack of compassion from this company is the worst I’ve seen.
