I just bought my new used vehicle from Bertera Mitsubishi. A no pressure, great buying experience. I worked with Jose the manager, Vita the terrific saleswoman, and Pedro the finance guy. All of them worked well together and gave me a real bargain on the car I wanted. All of them very knowledgeable and very personable to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car! Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff, got me an appointment within 2 days and took care of all my immediate needs for an aging car needing recalls items done as well as additional issues I needed looked at. This was my first time here and I will continue to take my vehicle here as well.

The only non-positive experience I had was with the website when I tried to schedule the appointment. The website did not work correctly so I was not scheduled for the first time I had requested. When I contacted Bertera Service desk by phone, I was immediately set up with the next time that I was available. My experience with the service representative was very positive, and I am happy with the work that was completed. Thank you!

If I could give 0! The worst customer service, my daughter bought a SUV close to a month ago, bank called to see how it was working because is almost time for first payment, BUT SHE DOESN'T HAVE THE SUV! All papers works done and the Uplander is not in her hands. Plus told her about a free warranty and they charged her in the papers 2k ... so will be paying more than suppose for a thing is covered in her insurance. This people give bad reputation to Mitsubishi... I'll always gonna say it:: go Hyundai.. is way better!!
