Appalling drivers, overtook me on Highcliffe hill then cut in front to stop and pick up passengers. Would rather walk than use drivers of this standard.

Great service - booking messages answered promptly and fully/helpfully - met London train at Berwick Station exactly as requested with very courteous driver who loaded our not inconsiderable luggage - good drive to Eyemouth destination - booking of return journey very easy and arrived exactly on time, again driver very courteous and helpful - very reasonable fares - many thanks
One more then one occasion our “pre-booked” taxi has not arrived to pick us up at all. When an attempt was made to contact the company it went straight to voicemail, therefore leaving us stranded until another taxi was available. Very poor service with zero communication to inform us of the situation nor any explanation. Use another company.
