I have used Best@ many times to book travel to Dubai but have recently been left very disappointed at their treatment/performance during Covid which falls short of industry standard and that of the Airlines/Other Operators themselves. Having reviewed Emirates policy for postponing/flight issues or concerns due to covid/lockdown and government intervention, it is clear that Emitates offer a free reschedule (maybe subject to increase in fare) or refund/travel elsewhere voucher. I have tried to re-schedule but the uplift in cost demanded was not reasonable so I have reverted to the refund option to be denied by Best@. This is despite them advising that it was Emirates that was causing the issues/cost increases. They should therefore adhere to their own policy - if I had booked directed I would not have this issue. Travel Brokers are suppose to take the hassle out of bookings but this is far from the case with Best@. To be told by them that I cannot have a refund due to the flight still leaving the UK during lockdown, despite the government defining legal international travel (which this is not) and contrary to Emirates own clearly defined refund policy (even if the flight is scheduled) is unacceptable. I have used Emirates direct many times also and will in future remain with my bookings direct. It may be strange and troubled times for tour operators and many other businesses, but the way upon which business is conducted will be remembered long after Covid disappears/controlled.

I am still to find a question she cannot answer. Would recommend best at travel and Doreen to anyone who is looking for a holiday. Great professional service.

Just returned from Hawaii - another trip booked we booked via Best At Travel. Again....outstanding service from start to finish. Any questions we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Hotels recommended we stay at were perfect and exactly what we asked for. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Even down to the finer details like pre booking our seats on the plane and arranging airport lounges! Looking forward to booking our next trip with Best At Travel very soon!
