First class company all the way, great concrete and excellent service!
I called to get an estimate, the person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me because I could not understand what he was saying because he talks so fast when giving the information. If this is the service to come, no thank you.
Transit Mix is the best concrete plant in NYC! The owner Dominick, and his colleagues that run the plant, are the kindest people in the industrial industry. My phone call began with the dispatcher Pete who was more than accommodating in answering my questions and giving me the best deal compared to competing plants. All other questions that Pete couldn't answer was answered by Dominick. Dominick always makes sure his customers know what their options are. Transit mix was more than happy to stop by my location and give an estimate of how many yards I would need, so I don't overpay. How sweet! When the delivery came, the driver was slightly early (even better!) and made sure everything ran smoothly and accordingly. He was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Transit Mix and can proudly say they're the best concrete plant in the business!
