Went in and bought the cheapest model they had. They recommended we come back a couple days later so they could properly clean and paint the set so I paid and came back a couple days later. Unfortunately, they had sold the set I had bought which wouldnt be a problem to me except I rented a truck and needed a washer a week prior. Fortunately, they gave me a nicer model which I happily excepted and went on my merry way, washer and dryer in tow. The washer sold to us would not stop turning on and off at random. One day I woke up at 4am to go to work and there was my washer, washing the cylinder inside I presume. Luckily, they came and fixed it after a week or so. Kind of a hassle but overall good customer service in my experience.

These guys are amazing. Not only did I buy a whirlpool washer and dryer here, but when it broke down they came out and fixed it for cheep. The repair guy david was amazing and very knowledgeable!

Please go elsewhere. The guy ripped up my brand new flooring, left out a piece from my washer and dryer, and swore loudly and repeatedly when he was having trouble maneuvering the machine. I have tried calling them back and they will not answer my calls. There's no way he didn't see the huge rip in the flooring, but he just charged me 70 and left. Update- I just got through to the company. The girl said they are not responsible for home damage, called me a terrible person, and refused to let me speak to a manager, and then hung up on me. Update #2- Another person called, who was much nicer, and said that they talked to the technician. He claims the floor was like that when he got here. Which is odd, because even in the picture you can see the rip is from the way he shoved the machine in there. .

It’s a local family owned and operated business... which I love to support! I bought an old cheap white fridge for my garage for 200 and it works better than any new fridge I’ve ever owned. I originally set the thermostat to a level 5 which is the middle Setting (knob shows 1 through 10 settings). And within 2 hours, all of the drinks had ice in it. I had to turn it down to level 1 and all of the drinks are a perfect ice cold temperature. It was cleaned thoroughly when it was delivered. They set it up in my garage and they even took my old fridge that didn’t work. I will definitely buy from them again!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings at Best Home Appliance! My partner and I got a great deal on a restored washer and dryer, and the delivery was so nice. I also love the concept of this business in general; we get a good deal and the environment is better off as these machines are being fixed up so nicely. Thank you! We love them and are very happy.

I bought a used fridge from this place. Paid extra money for a newer model with the “warranty”. Day one it didn’t work. Had them come out and repair it. 4 weeks later it didn’t work again. They came out and repaired it again. Same problem. 5-6 weeks later, it stopped again. They came out again. Fixed it. Same problem. 1 month later it is not working again. They will not come fix it or credit me towards another fridge. Terrible customer service!!
