Nikki seems to be the only one who knows everything there. The other employees should have the knowledge and better customer service. At the end I ended up happy and satisfied with my purchase..the animal is so happy here with us and to me that's all that matters to me. Thank you and make sure all your employees have all the information available and don't walk away from customers...make sure you solve the issues and make the customers feel more comfortable with your customer's service. Love my pet

LITERALLY the BEST IN PETS!!! A worker Conner literally saved our baby turtle Sonics life. Called every store and vet around and no one had turtle vet, conner knew everything and got our hatchling to eat right away after starving for a week also taught us so much about him. He is very educated on all animals and didnt push for most expensive items just gave us what actually we needed for our tank. Love this place. He made all the difference and is a god send. Thank you best n pets.
