They are so fast and have saved my butt multiple times. Sorry to say I've now locked myself out of my apartment 2x and lost my car key - 2020 was a bit rough but Best Locksmith hooked me up all 3 times. Don't hesitate - call them right away so they can send someone and you won't have to wait long. Completely reliable and I trust their prices. Super grateful!
I had my Toyota Camry 2011 lock done with Best Locksmith and it was very comfortable. They came to my place with in 30mins and completed all the work very fast. Ben did an amazing job with the car.
I've now had to use Best Locksmith - Plano a third time, and my recent experience mirrors my past experiences with them. The process is simple: You call, he picks up, and he gets you a locksmith the same day, or at the latest, the next day on a non-emergency visit. Very easy, and always available. This time, the repair man came to my place, and at this point I don't care who they send because all their guys have been good. This was during the height of COVID-19. He had a mask, social distanced, fast and professional. In all my dealings, it's been perfect. Fast service, good work, and acceptable pricing. There is nothing for me to complain about. I will keep using Best Locksmith - Plano without question.
Set up an appointment to get a new key fob for our car at their store front. Very friendly service from Ben, the technician. They gave us the best price in the area and service was fast! Would recommend!
