Nasser and his team worked on my 2011 328i with 155k miles, and completely exceeded all of my expectations. It was my first time at best motor werks but just one look around the shop/parking lot and you’ll feel instant comfort as you see the insane cars they work on, clearly they know their stuff! My car was an impulsive purchase, later found out it was an auction car with no previous records on maintenance. I’ve been to several shops and NONE of them truly inspected my vehicle every time I’d ask for a full inspection like they did at Best MW. Everything from my tires to my water pump and vanos solenoids. Needless to say after the repairs were all said and done, I took the car to the road and felt all of the difference in it. During the process they kept in contact, let me know about anything that was worn and should be repaired, and even sent photos of the process which I thought was pretty dope of them. This is the place you should be taking your cars to, the quality of work, quality parts, insanely affordable pricing (my mans legit saved me over 2,000 easily compared to other local shops), and you feel welcomed in every way, like a truly valued customer. First time customer turned into a lifelong one!!

If you own a BMW this is the place you want to go. They’re second generation mechanics and they’re probably one of the best if not the best in the area and when I’m talking about area I’m talking about all of Southern California. let me tell you I’ve been servicing my BMW with these guys for years and I’ve seen cars sent to them from dealerships so many times because the dealerships can’t fix them but these guys can, so I highly recommend them.

This is the ONLY place I will ever take my BMW. Hands down the best shop I’ve been to. Great customer service, quick turnaround time and very professional. They’ve done some great work on my car for a very reasonable price. Definitely will be returning for future upgrades and maintenance. If you’re thinking about going somewhere else... don’t. This is the place. I recently got hung up with an at home install of an aftermarket intake system for my G30 B58. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in & I was back in business within an hour.

These guys did great work. My wife took my car in and she felt really comfortable with the two brothers that were there. They fixed a few issue on my M3. Couldn't be more happier. car is running great and the main thing is my wife felt very comfortable which made me happy.

They worked on my 2012 e93 m3 and I'm very satisfied with their work. They have access to OEM parts as well so turn around time is minimal. They own similar if not the same BMW M cars so they know the delicate approach one must take when it comes to fixing/maintaining one. I highly recommend this shop. Their price is very competitive (cheaper in my case) than surrounding BMW shops around the area so I saved a lot. I like to work on fixing my own car but since I'm a long way from home with minimal tools, I trust them 100% when it came to fixing/maintaining my car. Give them a call and you will not be disappointed. They do honest, no BS work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
