Wonderful agency as a RN case manger for over 6 months flexible schedule Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm. I manage 70 patients 2/3rds of the agency. Patients are required to be seen in person every 60 days so I see 1-2 clients a day in person during my work week. Self motivation and organization is required for this position. This job rewarding, I received top pay including paid time off. The owner has been a blessing to me and my family.

Was treated terribly by owner. Pre employment offers were all changed after two weeks of hire. Was working 7 days a week and 10-12 hours a day. Was hired to be nurse case manager for 35 patients. Ended up case managing 2/3 of the entire company caseload. Couldn’t visit my family for 5 months and then d/t overwork ended up in ER x6. When I could no longer carry the load due to failing health then I was told if I couldn’t keep, I wouldn’t have a job. In the end I was stuck with bad health and didn’t even have insurance with them. Zero appreciation for my work. This company was not ethical.

Unprofessional. Drove across town for information but to be talked to behind a door for information. Before my visit I was told agency was a great place to work for despite unanswered calls I decided to take a trip. Upon arriving behind a closed door giving information that we had to have made an appointment to see someone which is understandable but to just stand behind a closed door giving someone information was not fair to me. Everyone has their own experience well this was mine. At least acknowledge me and open the door to talk to me. No where in recorded messages does it says appointment needed to be seen. Sheesh! Needs to do better.
