I called them for an estimate and they forgot when the were suppose to come by, however they did call me and came the next day. I was told that I would receive an estimate that day, which I did not. I have phoned them numerous times, asking for the estimate. No return call and no estimate almost a week later. At this point, I do not lhink that I can deal with a company that forgets the appointment time, does not return phone calls or provide an estimate.
