First I purchased a roll of tinted vinyl for replacing my damaged sunroom window. I was told it was 31 inches wide as I needed 28. When I got to.my cottage and unrolled it, it was less and unusable. I went back and ordered the right size and 7 weeks later still no product. Most disappointing.

Will never call them again. Nothing but problems from the get go. And they do not return phone calls when you have an issue.
Great service and installation was professional for our new front door and picture window. Installers were cordial and cleaned up really well after installation, would highly recommend this local business!

Service above and beyond. We installed Weather master windows in our sunroom a year ago and are very pleased with the results. My dog ripped one of the door panels and I phoned to find out how I could repair it. They told me how to take the panel off the door, which took one minute and to bring it in. It took one hour for them to replace the screen in the panel at an extremely fair price. I highly recommend the product and company. Great service gives you peace of mind.
