Bought a kitchen table and chairs here and the table arrived with scratches. When I asked them to switch it they gave us back our delivery fee. We've owned the set now for a year and a half and all the chairs are ripped at the top. When I spoke with the manager in Jerusalem he went above and beyond to provide great customer service and recognized they were faulty and is replacing them. I am happy to patronize here knowing that this company takes care of their customers.

מעולם לא קיבלתי שירות כל כך מזעזע ת י ז ה ר ו!!! קניתי ספה שהגיע באיחור גדול בנוסף לא מה שהזמנו ואף אחד לא עונה לטלפונים ולא מתייחס כולם פתאום מתנערים מהשירות אני ממליץ לכולם להתרחק מהחנות הזו

לא לקנות זה חנות גרועה ממש לא מספקים סחורה בזמן לא עונים לטלפונים צריך לרדוף אחריהם ואין מענה וגם כשמספקים סחורה הגיעה סחורה עם טעות בדגם קניתי במלא חנויות רהיטים ושירות כמו זה לא היה לי מעולם!!! שירות גרוע בייחוד של המנהל יענקי!! מי שאכפת לו מהכסף שלו שיברח כמו מאש!!
