Store closing so I went in to check the sales. They had several movies 10 for 10 but they were only there older ones. One of the staff wasn't very helpful but the other was so I gave 4 stars. Just moved right downw the street from this location. Would've been great to have a video store nearby but streaming is taking over.
Had fun doing a family movie night! Been waiting to go here 2 years. Got asked if needed help and greeted. Other customers where polite as well!! Clean and organized. Coupons and a first timers discount on checkout! #score
This is one of the few real movie rental places left around here. The movie selection is good and rental times are very reasonable. They also give plenty of incentives like free rentals.
Emma at the 30th and Rockwell location is awesome. She needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. It was my first time at any Family Video store. She made my first experience very pleasant. Also, Emma is always willing to answer any of my questions. She is always been happy to help me and everyone else. So, I am asking for the store and company to recognize Emma as a role model for all other employees. Also, I hope this company would promote her into management.
Great video store, excellent prices and great employees. And I love the online store also. You can buy new and used movies and more. And there previously viewed movies and etc, look like new. They use some kind of machine that makes them look new, and play better. And they always help.
I’ve been a customer at a few Family Video locations for quite sometime now. The management at this location is by far the worst. The manager seems to be bothered when asking her a question and rushes you through checkout. The other staff has always been quite friendly. When looking for a part time job not too long ago, I had consider Family Video for employment until I found out how they treat the employees while I was speaking with one their gentleman employees. Minimum wage pay, employees are over worked, they work alone without breaks except for Friday and Saturday nights. They usually will have 2 employees working then. There is a constant turnover and new employees working about 2 months or less before quitting. For a company that claims to be family oriented, I find this highly disturbing when finding out how employees are treated. Shame on you, Family Video. Just another company full of corporate greed.
One of the last video stores left. Unfortunately they will close there doors in the coming week.
