The worst place Ive ever been to in my life. Staff is horrible. They barge into your room like its nothing and give the residents no type of privacy. Every staff member uses horrible language and often threat the customer. Bug infested . plain out gross.
What a great family first class and they take care of the customers
Easy check in, has smoking and none smoking rooms.. can check in late, check out 11am. Very pleasant management. Clean .has color tv and cable . Has phone in room. Walls thick enough to block out sounds from rooms next to you. Easy to sleep. Has working bathtub and shower . All in all a great value.
I did not even stay. I called for prices, the woman asked 4 times how many people. Then hung up on me. Very rude, unhelpful.
If I could give negative stars I would! 50 for a room with stains on the walls, dead bugs everywhere, hole in the bed spread! NOPE we went down to the airport and got a room for 60...king suite and it was wonderful!!! Save your money and time but avoiding this place it’s worse than the plague!!
Stuck in the 1970s , was okay in 90s bit it's 2020 and nothing much has changed about this place still a shot hole
Lived here rm #111 were new carpet was put down after i mived on from January 2018 to June 2018 while helping open the new residence Inn OK north quail springs the owners at Western Motel are good people who run a good solid business and watch everything very very safe give it a try if you can
