A shocking waste of hope, time and money. Unprofessional and repeatedly lacking the basic knowledge in psychology, this place offered a cookie-cutter kind of response to a very serious and painful disorder. The so called \family therapy \ sessions were a joke and an insult to any educated patient, while relatives (called \supports\) were always assumed to be uneducated and of limited intelligence. Assessments seemed to rely solely on the number of pounds gained. Crucial information was either ignored or forgotten, the list is not over... It was actually felt that this experience might have made the problem worse for the patient who complained about not being listened to, not being understood, hearing the same unhelpful suggestions over and over... I strongly recommend against this place.
