Honestly this is the most amazing women’s health place I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazingly nice as well as the doctors. Staff at these types of places are usually miserable and don’t want to help you, but the people at Allentown women’s Center, are warm, caring, honest, and very helpful. Don’t think twice if you’re debating about going here... just go!

I can truly say this place was amazing. I was already nervous about the process but from start to finish everyone made me feel very comfortable. I was already experiencing cramping before coming in and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The counselor I spoke with was so warm and friendly and set my nerves at ease fairly quickly and answered all my questions before I even needed to ask them. When it was my time the nursing staff was so sweet and informative. Both doctors came to talk to me and let me know what was going to happen and their bedside manner was great. Even during the procedure they were letting me know what was going on before hand and making the process as easy as possibe. After I was done I was very emotional due to the pain I was experiencing and one of the nurses comforted me and made me feel much better. Thank you so much to the team here you all are amazing and great at what you do. Thank you for being there for people who already have a hard choice to make. Can definitely say they are the perfect balance of professional and caring.

My girlfriend got her abortion done here, and I was contemplating whether or not I should post on her behalf. After reading the other reviews, I think we both agree this review is much needed. First off, how do you portray serving the community and helping women in need and then hire people who are the complete opposite of this. My girlfriend had a terrible experience with the front office staff whom had an attitude with her from the very moment she walked in through the door. It seems like this staff member is an ongoing issue as multiple have complained about her. Maybe hire someone who has a little bit more respect for patients. Sure you can write off one patient complaint as having a bad day, but when you have multiple patients complaining about your front office staff, that’s just bad customer service at its finest. Agreeing with the other review, the ONLY reason I gave this business a 2 star review was because my girlfriend said wonderful things about the medical team, especially her physician and nurses. This whole abortion was a hard decision for my girlfriend and I, and thanks to the front office person, it was her by far worst medical experience. It doesn’t take you a lot to greet someone kindly. Check your attitude and get out of the medical field if you can’t do that.

I have never been treated better in a medical care facility before. My experience at allentown womens center was truly so comforting... even while I was experiencing so many terrible emotions. My counselor, Kristin, was the SWEETEST, most COMFORTING human I've ever met. She truly made me laugh, related to me and made me feel comfortable. The doctors in the facility are personable and kind. The nursing staff always has the patients care in mind first. Thank you for making my experience so much better than I expected.
