I live in NJ and work overnights in PA. I had a flat tire and my insurance company was not going to arrive any time soon to assist me. I went to the nearest gas station to try to put air in but it was unsuccessful. Nobody around could help me. I did a google search and called Austin’s Auto. The receptionist Jaimie (sorry if i spelled your name wrong) was so kind and quickly connected me to Nelson who found one of their drivers Jonathan to come help me. They said they will arrive in 30-40 minutes but came within 20 minutes. When Jonathan arrived he couldn’t remove the tire because the tools he had was not equipped to do the work on my car. He was so nice to tow the car to the nearest shop but they couldn’t get the tires out either. He finally took the car to his shop where Mickey worked on it and they finally replaced my tire with a spare. The process was so stressful especially being so far from home with no sleep and nobody to reach out to. Josh was able to guide me back on the highway to go home. Those individuals there were so kind and patient. They know exactly what they are doing and it shows. Their shop is neat and smells good. They are very friendly with their customers and do their best to lighten the situation with funny conversations. I could not have asked for a better way to end my day. Thank you guys so much! I will highly recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic service. Needed my project rig to be towed for the first time and it was taken care of as it was one of their own vehicles! I cannot recommend a company/service more then Austin's! Thank you so much for your flawless care and service. I will absolutely call again if in need.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Took my pathfinder in today to change all 4 tires and the process was seamless. After dropping off my vehicle I received a text which included a link to the suggested services and pricing. I was able to choose my services online and they began work immediately. Picked the car up on time and everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional. I normally cringe whenever I have to take my car to the shop, but Austin's definitely changed that for me. Won't take my vehicle anywhere else!!
