This was the first place I called for an estimate. Gene on the phone was very helpful and polite, the price was great and service was available the next day, so I didn't even bother to call anyone else. I went the next day. I did not have to wait and service was great. Ed who installed the windshield was very knowledgeable, patient, paid attention to detail and did a great job. A true artist! I would go back again and definitely highly recommend them to everyone.
Completely unprofessional. I would *only* use him if you need something simple done. Other than that he really has no clue what he is doing. Put the wrong distributor cap on the car after we paid 2500 for work to be done. Car broke down within an hour. He was yelling at US when we called him back about it. Had to go to a *REAL* mechanic to clean up his mess.
As a woman our greatest fears is dealing with Auto shop. We have had many bad experiences in the past that can make us sceptical of finding a great mechanic. That is definitely not the case here. Gene is one of a kind . His only intrest is the well being of his customers and getting the vehicle in tip top shape to be used. From inspection or glass repair, if you are looking for a trust worthy hard working mechanical team. Look no further call Gene.
