Beautifully designed studio! As you walk into the lobby you will notice how modern and sparkling clean this place is. They have showers, and the hot room is amazing!

Best Hot Studio in the Lehigh Valley hands down! All classes are hot (yoga, barre, HIIT, dance, and ABSoluteSHRED is my favorite!!!) The instructors are ALL certified to make sure your workout is safe and effective. Everyone is so positive and helpful. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
