Just drove off in a 2007 GMC Yukon Denali and I have to say that my family and I are very pleased. Not only with the vehicle but also with the process. A service. Came in just to see what it would take to get a car. They helped me with financing even knowing I didn't have good credit. I was able to drive out within 2 hours with a 2010 Honda accord. They explained everything in detail and gave me a family friendly vibe that I will always remember. 100% recommend to anyone going here if your looking for excellent customer service. I will be doing future business here guaranteed.
They were very easy to work with and were honest about the vehicle I was buying. I live 3 hours away, so driving to them about the vehicle they posted was a risk but worth it. They told me everything that was recently done to the vehicle and gave me a great deal as well! Would recommend them!
We saw a Ford 150 Pick Up truck online. We were a little apprehensive because we had seen a few other nice listings online and in person they were horrible and very misleading. With that said this was not the case at Lehigh Valley Autoplex. The truck was absolutely beautiful and in great shape. It was well worth the 2 hour ride to Bethlehem PA. Maury is a true professional and provided an environment where one felt comfortable and not pressured into purchasing something. Thanks to him he made the process very easy but most importantly he was honest about everything. This was very important to us because we were purchasing the truck from a distance and it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Autoplex to anyone looking for a car/truck near or far because of their honesty and professionalism it makes a nervous hard process extremely easy! Many thanks!
