We had our bathrooms renovated. The crew was wonderful, very respectful, great communication and beautiful workmanship. HOWEVER the company does not provide vanities, medicine cabinets or lighting choices (a big piece of a bathroom reno). They will install them if you purchase them elsewhere and have them delivered, but they do not fix the wall where the removed pieces were. If we were disabled or my husband wasn't handy, we would not have been able to use this company. All was fully disclosed to us before. And I want to reiterate the work done was lovely. But it was not the same as hiring a traditional contractor performing a complete room remodel.

The estimator was very thorough, professional and informative. The guarantee is amazing and the workmanship backs it up. They postponed just one day from the scheduled work day due to rain, which is important for roof work. They got the whole roof done in one day and cleaned up all the debris. The roof looks great.

Masters installed a complete shower in only one day. The work was absolutely gorgeous and very professional. We were very pleased. They even cleaned before they left. They came back to fix a minor problem with the faucet and were very considerate and did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone! We are very happy with our project!

Masters is knowledgeable and dependable and everyone on the staff was friendly from start to finish. They went above & beyond when it came to installing the siding and doors. You always get answers and your never ignored if you need follow up help after the job is done. They say you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Masters for any home repair/installation needs.

Roofs are not necessarily the kind of thing homeowners like spending money on, but it's so important I wanted to make sure the right company did the job... no cut corners, life-time guarantee, etc. That's why I chose Master's for our log-home restoration, and I was really impressed. We couldn't believe how much impact the new roof had on our curb-side appeal-and all in a single day! These guys know what they're doing, and one of the most important factors that I look for in any business is what their employers think about their own company. It was apparent that they were very loyal to their company. Several commented how Master's is a great company to work for and that they were thankful for the work. To me, that translates to workers who do the job right and leave the customer happy.
