I always get the best service here tonight My steak was alittle dry for my liking and not only did they take it back without a problem but the Manager or at least I think that what he was the gentleman with the light blue button up not only replaced my steak and brought out an extra side for me but also gave me a complimentary card. Everyone is always super friendly and their customer service is always perfect ! Me and my husband love coming here.

Everything was incredible from the food, the service, and management. Call ahead because the wait can be long (covid, ya know) and request Denise as your server. She was absolutely amazing!

Went to this location on 12-12-2020 to pick up an order of food. After arriving home, I noticed that my food was burnt. I realized that there was a paper on the side of my bag that had a number for complaints and an email. I sent an email explaining the situation and a picture of my food. But, I also decided to call. I spoke to the store manager and she thanked me for providing her with the problem as this location has been having issues with their service. Thus, being the reason she implemented this new program. The manager did offer to make a new steak for me to pick up. But, I am located in Phillipsburg and it was 30 minutes just to get the Bethlehem location. She apologized and said she will send a gift card instead to use in the store as the steak was not edible. It is now 01/07/2021 and we never received anything in the mail as promised and my email was never addressed. This was a waste of 60.00 order.
Good food. I had Shrimp, lobster tail and crabcakes. My husband had the grilled chicken breast and ribs. The bread was fresh out the oven and mouthwatering. Staff was friendly and attentive
