Currently waiting in a line outside the store with a one in and one out "policy". There are only like 4 people in a huge store. A lady just came out and said the employee is doing it because he doesn't want the do the store by himself with everyone in there..... Great job Petco.

I never brought my dog to the groomer for anything except a nail trim. I decided to try bringing her here for the full package: nails, bath, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, paw balm. I was so happy when I came back to pick her up and the groomer told me that she did so good and enjoyed her spa day. I’ve had problems with feeling like groomers our vets are not comfortable with pitbulls, but the woman that my dog saw had no problem at all. Plus I like that I can schedule her appointments from the website. I will definitely bring my dog here from now on
I'm always happy they have everything for my dog and cats.

Was quite DISAPPOINTED w/ PETCO today. I've supported to this store (Easton Ave, Bethlehem) for about fifteen (15) years. There usually no problems, however TODAY was different. I visited PETCO to get a Feeder Mouse for my Daughter's Snake. Now, I've been paying the same posted price of 4.49 6% tax (.27) 4.76 over three (3) years. Yet, today at checkout, the price changed to 5.99 6% tax (.36) .6.35. I explained to PETCO Management the price discrepancy and showed them the sign. The Manager on duty refused to provide me w/ the lower price. His reasoning was, "I cannot provide an adjustment on a live animal." This was strange!!! Consumer Law provides for The Consumer to get products at The Posted Price. So, why not here? I refused to argue about it w/ The Store Employees. They are only following PETCO Corporate Policy. So, my only recourse is to call The PETCO Corporate Office. Here is where I'll find the answers. Please LIKE, RATE & FOLLOW ME......
