Love this gym! Spacious, not crowded at nights/early AM, great music selection and great staff. The one thing I will say is PLEASE turn down the music a few dials. It's loud AF and makes it impossible to take a phone call in that place.

Hands down the BEST gym in the Lehigh Valley - and I've been to all. It has several rooms, a lot of space, and machines you've never seen before. The staff is very professional and the members are friendly. Most importantly, it's open 24/7! If you become a member and come after hours, please be respectful to the gym otherwise it'll stop being 24h. This schedule is a privilege, so treat as one. DBs go up to 150, plenty of barbells, AC is super fresh and clean. Simply perfect in my opinion. Again, probably the best gym you'll ever go to.

Gyms perfection except for one thing. The volume of the music. Dont get me wrong we all love loud music but its so loud to a point that it will probably cause hearing damage at an earlier age. Were most likely going to regret it when were older. Most people use earbuds anyways so I dont see the point. And it further exacerbates the problem since you have to turn your buds even louder to drown out the sound.
