Won't be going back. Counter person was very rude, and this wasn't the first time I had to deal with a nasty, condescending person at the counter. I will add that the people in the yard have been polite and professional every time.

I would prefer to give them 0 stars but app wont allow me to. Had the worst experience here yesterday. The manager (man) was a complete horse's ass....arrogant, unhelpful, beyond rude. The woman out front is no better...she literally turned her back on us and ignored us when we walked in the door. Keep in mind we were the only people in the place...it's not as though they were overwhelmed helping other customers! My husband and I were looking for pricing on a kitchen remidel. Shellys can kiss a generous potential sale goodbye and the people at this location can look forward to a visit from the VP Mark Francis from corporate very soon because I've spoken with him about my experience. PLEASE...do yourself a huge favor and don't even bother stopping in here.....
