Stay Away. Lost 1739 dollars of Honey product and they refused to pay anything for the product or even return the shipping cost. They said it's not their problem. There 1 star reviews are true stay away. Not a real UPS store. The just have a contract with UPS. Use Fedex and USPS. They actually care about your products and shipments.

Fast service and employees who know what they are doing; what more could you ask for. COVID-19: Employees do not take mask wearing very seriously but that's more a you problem if it bothers you; not a them problem.

This is by far the worst UPS Store I’ve been to. They do not do free Amazon returns even though it’s Amazon’s policy. This store requires you email your return code and charges to print it out. That’s if their system hasn’t crashed, which apparently happens often, and then they do not take credit or debit cards. This is not the first time I’ve come here only to leave without having done business.

Every time I come in here they have this really friendly, young white dude who is always super helpful and accommodating. I’m not sure of his name but give that man a raise ASAP
