Round trip fare to New York Port Authority is 56.15 (9/19/17) Price is a little steep. But the buses are new, comfortable and clean. And the bus schedule is pretty reliable and the buses do leave on time. So get there 5 to 10 minutes early! 3 stars for price of the tickets!

Almost never open according to the hours posted outside. Also busses always late and a lot of drivers are so rude to the passengers like its our fault they're running late. The bright spot was when i arrived late one morning the woman working was a real sweetheart to me and a few others that came in.

I’m giving a 3-star because this location can be extremely difficult to find if you’ve never been there before. Otherwise, pay close attention to your GPS.

They take passenger/Driver safety very serious,.As well as being on time or as close as possible depending on the traffic

Minimalist waiting area. Could be more communication about when the busses are due when they are late.

This bus stop only accepts cash. Very annoying that they don't accept cards or phone payment. (There's a Bank of America one block away.) That said, this is a convenient bus stop for those who live in downtown (Northside) or Southside Bethlehem. It's only a 20-minute walk from Main St. On Northside. The staff/cashier here are mostly kind, but they don't go out of their way to help. The Trans-Bridge bus drivers are much kinder and helpful. The buses arrive on-time most of the time. Sometimes there 5-10 minutes late due to traffic, but don't count on that if you're running late. Trans-Bridge, Bieber, and Greyhound all operate at this terminal. Trans-Bridge can be caught here to go east-bound (NYC, Newark Airport, JFK Airport) and west-bound (Allentown). Buses also go to Philly.

Not a bad ride to go to NYC. I think the price is high for one way. Other then that, would use it again
