They never have sizzlis ready for the morning. I’ve never been here with sizzlis ready to go. Always must be made by someone in the back and that takes about 15 minutes. May as well go anywhere else for a decent breakfast sandwich instead of waiting 20 minutes for a frozen sandwich.
Every time we go to this Wawa they always manage to mess up our order. I mean the ticket order is in simple English! They forgot the chicken on the chicken steak breakfast sandwich. On another occasion I spoke to the manager and she gave me a gift card envelope with no gift card in it. Unfortunately I didn't notice until after we left the store. The employees making the orders behind the counter are always talking amongst themselves and not paying attention to the orders they are working on. We really enjoy Wawa food, but this is just unacceptable! Poor professionalism! I guess we'll have to take our business elsewhere.
I hung up my missing dog signs next to the atm and they took them down, stuck them together and gave them back to me with no regard for my feelings or the cause. Terrible service, workers don’t care if they messed up on your food and are not friendly, they give bad attitude and assume the worst in customers. Terrible management, as an old worker, I’m aware that workers are underpaid and disrespected. Not a good Wawa to work at or eat.
I haven't been here since it was remodeled. Very nice inside now this one looks like the rest of the stores. Very nice to have since it makes it easier to shop a WAWA customer goes in and can find things quicker and out of the store quicker as well. Everything is good and clean Workers are friendly and nice
