we buried out father here last year and had some pblms with the initial information that wasn't completed. This forced us to have to deal with these issues and payments the day of the wake when we were otherwise preoccupied and the wake room was not for these discussions. There was a follow up issue after where the ball was completely dropped. No return phone calls, nothing.
